Hibiya Park Oedo Matsuri (HIBIYA OEDO MATSURI 2019) invites participants to the festival parade.　Even if you are beginner or someone the first time at matsuri, anyone can join and willingly have fun.

●If you registered to participate in the "Mikoshi", please prepare your own festival costume.

T-shirts, jeans, barefoot or sandals are not allowed.　Prepare your own "Hanten"(festival outfit),"Tabi"(Japanese Traditional shoes) by your self. (＊There is no rule for the Hanten. Any kind is OK.)

＊There will be a Hanten rental at venue,but there is a limit to the number. So if you wish a Hanten rental,go eraly to apply.

●The clothes for the Awa Odori and Dashi participates are free.

＊If you had registered as a stageperformer and wish also to participate in the festival Parade, you do not need to register again to the parade.

Please wear the official hand towel as a "registered certificate " and join the festival. The hand towel will be presented at registration.

〈Safety Considerations for events〉
In consideration of the "Guidelines for heat stroke prevention in summer events" and measures to ensure the safe implementation of events, the Hibiya Oedo Matsuri will participate in event liability insurance for all participants.　Please understand the insurance fee (including the administrative fee) of the "500 Yen" (Child/Adult uniform for 3 days) for each registered participant will be collected at the reception of the venue on the day.

＊By the Law of Anti-organized Creme Law,we will not allow the participation of antisocial groups and related parties.

＊It is not possible to participate by exposing tattoo.

＊The time table may change due to circumstances such as weather or progress. Please understand it beforehand.

※Please arrive early so that you will be able to complete the reception at the venue about 2 hours before the performance.

＊We will not contact you by email to receive or confirm your registration to the registration request. We will omit it.

＊Those who have applied for pre-registration, please come to the reception tent, we will check the registration at the venue reception on the day.

＊If we have a large number of applicants, we may be restricte for participants.

＊We will also accept registration at the venue on the day, but we recommend pre-registration because congestion is expected.
